1. Seeking a Senior Training Specialist with 10+ years of adult training experience and at least 5 years of hands-on Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing technology experience.
2. Robust technical knowledge of video conferencing hardware and software, including cameras, displays, microphones, audio amplification, AV input/output connectors, and touch panel controllers.
3. Proven experience in training needs assessment, instructional design, training program development, delivery, and evaluation for diverse technology users.
4. Expertise in creating interactive e-learning modules using Adobe Captivate, along with training manuals, user guides, presentations, and technical documentation.
5. Ability to deliver scenario-based, practical training through real-world use cases, both onsite and virtually, for individuals and groups.
6. Strong skills in business analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case development, and reviewing control system graphical user interfaces (GUI) against business requirements.
7. Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and ensure compliance with AODA accessibility requirements.
8. Work Arrangement: 5 days onsite
