Haywood’s Operations Department is currently looking to recruit a Transfers Administrator. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer/client service, attention to detail and a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges as they arise.

Responsibilities include:

- Process all incoming and outgoing transfer requests (including both ATON and manual transfers) accurately, efficiently, and in strict compliance with industry regulatory requirements
- Monitor and follow through on all transfer files from initial request to successful completion
- Proactively identify errors or bottleneck issues related to asset transfers, and implement effective solutions to resolve them
- Process internal transfer journals
- Coverage for other team members as required
- Other general administrative duties as required

Requirements:

- Strong ability to prioritize job responsibilities and manage high volumes of transactions effectively
- Professional demeanor in all forms of interpersonal communications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills




- Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Adaptable personality to take on new challenges as they arise
- Complete tasks with minimal direction/supervision
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
- Experience Dataphile, CDS, and DTC applications is a definite asset
- Minimum of one year in the financial industry preferred. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
