Located at our office on North Scottsdale Rd., near Carefree, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented in-office Travel Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for travel, especially for cruising, and a solid commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Travel Agent, you will assist clients in planning their dream vacations, ensuring every detail is meticulously arranged to create memorable experiences.

Your expertise in travel planning, sales, and hospitality will be essential in delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with clients.

Duties

- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities.
- Create customized travel itineraries that meet client needs and budget.
- Book flights, hotels, car rentals,



and other travel arrangements on behalf of clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, regulations, and industry developments.
- Handle any issues or changes that arise during the booking process or while clients are traveling.
- Build strong relationships with cruise lines, hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers to secure the best options for clients.
- Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with the recruitment and training of independent consultants
- General office management

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service and sales; experience in the travel industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of cruises, hospitality services, and travel planning processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Proficient in using booking software and online resources for travel arrangements.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for travel and helping others create unforgettable experiences.
