Responsibilities

- Prepare bank reconciliations across multiple entities and accounts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate general ledger entries.

- Support the migration, validation, and reconciliation of banking and financial data between systems.

- Identify data inconsistencies, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolutions with Finance and other teams.

- Maintain accurate financial records, process documentation, and internal controls.

- Assist with audits, treasury reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or financial operations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.





- Experience with bank reconciliations and general ledger processes.

- Strong Excel skills and experience handling large datasets.

- Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite is an asset.

- Exposure to data migration, system implementation, or ERP transitions is preferred.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

- Ability to manage priorities and collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.

- Knowledge of AI tools and their practical applications in finance.

- CTP certification is an asset.
