Our retail / eCommerce clint is looking for a UX Copywriter or Content Designer to join their team.

This will be REMOTE, for 9+ months, starting in Early November. This will be 40 hours per week, 9-5.

This Copywriter is responsible for writing UX content for an enterprise website and a mobile app, including e-commerce, account management, and chat flows for consumer audiences. This person may also create support content, including customer-facing articles and troubleshooting tools. The ideal candidate can turn technical and legal jargon into plain English while following our brand voice and accessibility guidelines.

What is needed

- 5+ years of mid-level UX writing or content design experience for a consumer audience, including some independent project management




- 5+ years of UX writing for digital experiences, specifically e-commerce sales flows, account management flows, chat flows, and support articles
- Portfolio demonstrating an understanding of product design processes and content decision-making
- 4+ years of content strategy experience, balancing user testing, industry research, and analytics for marketing and business needs
- Experience writing and editing microcopy, including error messages, button labels, and status messages
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- English proficiency
