Job Summary

Duties

- Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Assist veterinary staff with animal restraint, feeding, and basic medical procedures under supervision
- Maintain accurate patient records, update medical histories, and document treatments in our database
- Handle incoming phone calls, answer client inquiries, and provide information about services and appointments
- Support laboratory tasks by preparing samples, assisting with tests, and maintaining laboratory cleanliness (laboratory experience preferred)




- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, exam rooms, and treatment spaces
- Manage inventory of medical supplies, order necessary items, and ensure proper storage

Requirements

- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is required
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with veterinary management software is a plus
- Laboratory experience is desirable to assist with sample handling and testing procedures
- Compassionate attitude towards animals and clients alike
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting animals or supplies
