Join Our Team as a Veterinary Client Service Representative

This role is more than just answering phones - it’s about creating a welcoming, calm, and positive experience for both our clients and their pets from the moment they walk through the door.

What You’ll Do

- Greet clients and their pets warmly and guide them through the check-in and check-out process
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily flow of the clinic
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, both in person, over the phone, by email and text
- Process payments and support basic invoicing and administrative tasks




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Coordinate communication between clients and the veterinary team
- Help keep the front desk and client areas organized, clean and welcoming
- Support the team with shared clinic responsibilities when needed

- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional presence
- Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Genuine empathy for both pets and their people - especially during stressful or emotional moments
- A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
- Previous customer service experience (veterinary experience is an asset, but not required)

Experience:
- Veterinary Reception: 1 year (required)
- Ezyvet: 1 year (preferred)
