We're currently hiring for Wireless Sales Associate (FT) to join our team in Scarborough. Prior experience in Wireless is appreciated.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Ability to sell wireless products and plans and best describe them to the customer
- Assess customer needs with respect to the purchase of wireless products, billing inquiries, and equipment/technical challenges
- Ability to stay current with changes in offers/promotions, recent products, services and policies to maintain high level product knowledge and services
- Providing exceptional customer support to both current and prospective clients
- Handle requests, questions and any issues in a positive manner
- Process sales and enter refund of orders on a daily basis
- Receive and manage the inventory processes
- Review Sales reports on a daily basis

Language Ability: Must have good verbal communication skills in English . Added Advantage if Bilingual with Proficiency in Gujrati or Tamil

Education and Experience:

- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Wireless Experience shall be an asset

Salary: $40,000 per annum (Inclusive).
- The annual earnings figure of $40,000 includes hourly pay together with commissions, incentives, and other performance-based earnings, where applicable. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance and achievement of applicable targets.

Pay: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
