Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soccer, with the ability to educate and inspire players of all skill levels. This role requires a commitment to fostering a positive and competetive environment where athletes can develop their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement training programs that enhance players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness.
- Conduct regular practice sessions focusing on skill development, teamwork, and game strategies.
- Educate players on the rules of soccer and promote good sportsmanship both on and off the field.
- Organize and lead competitive matches, ensuring all players have the prospect to participate.
- Assess individual player performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
- Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration, mutual respect, and personal growth among team members.




- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff regarding player progress and team activities.

Requirements

- C-level license preferred, or Learn to Train as a minimum.
- Previous experience playing or coaching soccer at a competitive level is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate players effectively.
- A passion for teaching the game of soccer and developing young athletes.
- Ability to create engaging training sessions that cater to various skill levels.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by practice schedules and games.
