Job Description:

We are seeking Construction Labourers with an interest in landscape construction and foundation work . This role involves physically demanding work, including excavation, concrete work, interlock, masonry and other general construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with excavation, demolition, and concrete forming for underpinning and landscaping projects Carry and load materials including soil, gravel, stone, concrete, and tools Support the installation of retaining walls, patios, walkways, and other hardscape features Operate hand tools and light equipment (e.g., jackhammers, compactors) Mix and pour concrete for footings, pads, and other structural components Maintain a clean, protected, and organized job site Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., masons, concrete finishers,



machine operators) Requirements: Previous experience in landscaping, foundation work, or any construction is an asset but not necessary Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation preferred Knowledge of construction safety regulations is an advantage What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage based on experience Full-time work Training and mentorship from skilled trades professionals Career advancement within a growing company Safe and respectful work environment
