Inbound Call Centre Specialist Directors' Choice is looking for detail-oriented Inbound Call Centre Specialists who lead with empathy. Supporting the funeral industry demands a rare balance of emotional intelligence and technical precision. In this role, you will professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls, document vital information, and ensure critical messages reach on-call personnel accurately and urgently, while adhering to all established processes and procedures.

This is an in-office position at our Dartmouth location. What We're Looking For in Candidates: Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills specifically in spelling, grammar and diction. Uses professional phone voice communicating customer care and concern.

Demonstrates active-listening skills to gain client information and ability to ask appropriate questions.



Demonstrates accurate and fast typing skills. Experience in a Microsoft Windows environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and be 18 years of age.
