Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated Commercial Flat Roof Service Technician / Repair Tech to join our energetic team! In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting leaks, patching , fixing , and handling service-call tickets on flat roofing systems on commercial buildings but not limited too. We value safety, teamwork, and a proactive attitude in every job we undertake. Responsibilities -inspects, diagnoses, and fixes leaks, storm damage, and wear on residential and commercial roofing systems -Removing and replacing various flat roofing systems using hand tools and construction materials.



-Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high safety standards -Experience in operating and maintaining roofing equipment: set up and break down Experience -Experience in commercial roofing is a MUST -Experience with modified bitumen, EPDM and rubber roofs is a asset -Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting throughout the workday -Ability to work at heights -Ability to work and communicate with others -Ability to learn and follow company safety policies -Salary is based on experience. **WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR LABOURERS AT THIS TIME** - Must have a valid drivers licence / abstract - Must have experience in commercial/industrial roofs
