Residential Electrical Manager We’re Hiring – Immediate Opening We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and qualified Residential Electrical Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled electrician who is ready to take on a leadership and management role while remaining actively involved in the field. The successful candidate will have strong residential electrical experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage projects and crews from start to finish. This position is not limited strictly to quoting or project coordination. While estimating, scheduling, permitting, and project management will be important responsibilities, the successful candidate should be comfortable working on the tools when required and providing hands-on support to the crew. Responsibilities • Manage and oversee residential electrical crews and projects • Coordinate materials and ensure crews have the necessary equipment and supplies • Attend site meetings and communicate effectively with homeowners, builders, contractors, and other trades • Coordinate job scheduling and assist with project planning • Pull and manage electrical permits • Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and prints • Prepare accurate and professional project quotes and estimates • Review project requirements, scope, and materials • Coordinate multiple residential projects and ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard • Provide direction, support, and technical expertise to residential electricians and apprentices • Troubleshoot electrical issues and assist with installations when required • Work on the tools as necessary to support the crew and keep projects moving • Ensure work is completed safely, professionally,



and in accordance with applicable electrical codes and standards • Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, suppliers, and team members Qualifications & Requirements • Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience • Valid 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician license • Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and installations • Ability to read and interpret electrical prints, drawings, and blueprints • Experience preparing quotes and estimating residential electrical work • Strong organizational and project coordination skills • Previous experience leading or managing a residential electrical crew is an asset • Ability to coordinate materials, scheduling, permits, and site requirements • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Professional attitude with strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently while also leading and supporting a team • Valid driver's license and good driving record • Ability and willingness to work on the tools when required What We Offer We believe in taking care of our employees and providing the tools and support they need to succeed.
