Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, ensuring a positive and engaging experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are correctly priced and stocked
- Upsell products through friendly suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Provide product demos when applicable,



explaining features and benefits clearly to customers
- Address customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Requirements

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining organizational skills
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising practices, and retail operations is advantageous
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency and professionalism
