FULL-TIME STAFF PHARMACIST TBAC Pharmacy Clinics - Thunder Bay, ON

We are seeking a Full-Time Staff Pharmacist who is patient-focused, relationship-driven, and ready to contribute to an excellent team without the pressure of corporate metrics.

Work locations: 69 Court Street and 140 Syndicate Ave S, Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Your Role & Impact

- Provide safe, accurate dispensing and clear medication counselling.

- Deliver thoughtful, patient-centred care without rushed interactions.

- Work collaboratively with patients, prescribers, and the pharmacy team.

- Support clinical services, medication management, and patient engagement.





- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and supportive dispensary workflow.

- Ensure compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists standards and regulatory requirements.

Who You Are

- A licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists, or eligible for licensure.

- Patient-focused, dependable, and confident in your clinical judgment.

- Highly organized, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- A collaborative professional who values accountability, quality, and teamwork.

- Community pharmacy experience is an asset.
