Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our sales department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Duties
- Resolving issues and handling customer complaints on behalf of the sales staff

- Ordering new materials for the sales staff, as needed

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts
- Coordinate with customers to provide product information and resolve inquiries
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Support account management activities to maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team on business development initiatives
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions





- Completing necessary administrative work including filing reports, scheduling appointments, or sending emails

- Providing back-up sales support for walk-in clientele when salesperson is out of the showroom

Qualifications
- Strong negotiation skills to support the sales process effectively
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights for decision-making
- Prior experience in luxury interior furnishings (particularly fabrics) preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Understanding of sales processes, account management, and business development concepts

Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
