Working overnight requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to security and resident service. The ideal professional remains alert and approachable throughout the night, conducts regular patrols and site checks, responds promptly to residents and visitors, and ensures the property remains safe, secure, and well-presented until morning.

Job Requirements

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence in good standing
- Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years of security, concierge, hospitality, or high-touch customer service experience
- Solid communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and polished presence
- Comfortable working overnight 8–12 hour shifts, including weekdays and weekends
- Able to work independently and remain alert throughout the shift

$18.00 – $20.00 and up ! Employee health & benefits package !

Job Expectations

- Remain alert, proactive, and professional throughout the overnight shift
- Provide residents and guests with a welcoming, service-focused experience
- Follow all site procedures, security protocols, and property rules
- Exercise sound judgment and communicate clearly when handling or escalating incidents
- Work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and required documentation

Job Responsibilities

- Provide hotel-style concierge service and front desk support
- Act as the front-line security presence for a luxury residential property
- Monitor access and conduct patrols and security checks as required
- Respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, water leaks, floods, trespassing, and other incidents
- Support residents, guests, Property Management, contractors, and other site staff
- Enforce property rules and regulations professionally
- Complete daily logs and clear, detailed incident reports
- Apply effective communication and conflict-resolution skills
