Job Description:
The Warehouse Associate responsibilities include reworking boxed ride-on toy trucks before shipment by opening cartons, applying safety labels, replacing motor fuses, repackaging remote controls and accessories, and preparing products for distribution. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow a consistent process, and a commitment to meeting production, quality, and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse workplace.

Pay Range: $17.95 - $25.00 per hour
Pay Scale: Based on productivity.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM start time - until finish (6 to 8 hours)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Unbox, rework, and repackage ride-on toy trucks according to established procedures.
-Apply safety labels and replace small components, including motor fuses.
-Repackage accessories and remote controls.
-Reseal, label, and repalletize completed cartons.
-Meet daily production and quality goals.
-Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Job Requirements:
-Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
-Strong hand dexterity and ability to work with small parts and tools.




-Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions.
-Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity standards.
-Reliable attendance and punctuality.
-Ability to understand basic verbal and written instructions in English.
-Previous warehouse, packaging, kitting, or rework experience preferred.
-Experience with light assembly or basic electrical components preferred.
-Must own and wear safety footwear.
-Ability to stand for extended periods, bend frequently, and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements.
