Global Cathodic Protection Inc. has been contracted by the City of London to do maintenance work on their municipal watermains.

All candidates must live in London as there is no travel allowance or hotel accommodations available. There is no work with Global Cathodic Protection Inc. after this project.

Job Duties – Driver to get vehicles back and forth within City Limits

- Vehicle Operation (DZ Class Licensed Driver)
- Safely operate and drive a Vac Truck or possibly other vehicles as necessary.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with MTO regulations.
- Maneuver truck in tight or busy work zones, adhering to traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Jobsite Support & Labour Assistance
- Assist crew members where necessary general labour
- Tow trailers or haul additional materials/supplies if required.
- Equipment & Truck Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain fuel, fluid, and grease levels as required.
- Ensure tools and equipment on the truck are organized and secured.
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow all company safety policies, OHSA standards,



and environmental regulations.
- Wear and maintain proper PPE at all times.
- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and required training.
- Other Duties
- Support operators and labourers with additional site tasks as directed.
- Positive communication skills essential

Keep accurate logs and paperwork related to truck operation and material delivery.

There is no work with Global Cathodic Protection Inc. after this project is completed. You will be laid off at the end of the project. All candidates must wear appropriate PPE Hard Hat, Boots and Vest. Global will supply eye protection, gloves and ear buds. All candidates must complete on-line safety courses before start date. Employment contracts will be given outlining all duties with signature of employee and Management.

Pay is weekly on Thursdays via direct deposit.
