Responsibilities:
Receive merchandise
Ship merchandise
Keep the inventory area clean and organized
Conduct inventory counts
Process end-of-day shipments in the computer system
Work with the computer system
Assist customers by phone (as needed)
Assist customers at the counter (as needed)
Operate a forklift
Requirements:
Work experience as a Receiving and Shipping Assistant or similar role
Valuable understanding of shipping procedures
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of market research
Solid organizational skills
BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
Must be bilingual (English and French)
Positive ability to concentrate
