Work with clients individually and in group settings to address barriers to employment and promote successful workforce participation.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, supervise, and support the administration of the assessment and testing functions of the program to identify client barriers, strengths, experience, and resources.Adapting to each client's unique needs to provide employment development activities and coachingMaintain accurate, up-to-date client files, including online databaseWork collaboratively with other staff to meet all requirements of programParticipate in weekly case management meetings discussing service management for each client, as requiredFollow-up with clients for up to 365 daysOther duties as assignedQualificationsPost-secondary education in a related field, Career Development certification,
