Location1685 Tech Ave, Mississauga, Ontario, L4W 0A7Position Title and SummaryVirtual Care Quality & Risk Management Clinical Lead – Report to the Director, Virtual Care. The role safeguards clinical quality and risk management for digitally enabled healthcare programs.ResponsibilitiesImplement and oversee clinical risk frameworks tailored to virtual care programs.Drive quality standards by implementing the virtual care quality management framework and maintaining compliance with evidence‑based guidelines and the Enterprise Quality Framework.Conduct evidence appraisal of clinical trial data, synthesizing findings with front‑line clinicians and subject matter experts to inform standards of care.Lead multidisciplinary teams, both virtually and in person, to implement clinical protocols and manage change to align with standards of care.Guide day‑to‑day project coordination, resolving quality and risk issues as they arise.Produce clear, concise reports and briefing materials for senior leadership and cross‑functional teams on clinical quality and outcomes.Communicate main points effectively to technical, clinical, executive, and external audiences and facilitate consensus‑building meetings.Monitor regulatory developments relevant to digital clinical applications.Provide advanced virtual clinical practice: assess, diagnose, treat, and follow up with patients via video/telephone visits, order/interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications within scope, and manage diverse disease states.QualificationsUniversity degree in Nursing, Certificate of Nurse Practitioner (PhD preferred), or equivalent; active clinical licencein Canada as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.Alternative: Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Canadian nursing licence,
