Inovata Foods is a major producer of wholesome control brand frozen meals for many of North America’s largest retailers.Position DetailsVacancy Type: Current PositionCompensation: 100k - 115kPrimary ResponsibilitiesSupport the Chief Operating Engineer in leading, supervising, and developing Operating Engineers.Assist in managing maintenance and operating safety and regulatory requirements associated with TSSA‑regulated equipment with production and maintenance teams.Participate in root cause investigations on issues resulting in lost time.Assist in developing project costs for capital projects and provide project support as required.Support oversight of Boiler and Refrigeration Plant operation.Assist in liaising with TSSA on any issues, regulatory changes, and corporate requirements and help keep Facility Leadership informed as appropriate.Report unsafe conditions and suggest resolution.Provide communication to team members.Drive adherence and improvements to housekeeping standards for the Area.Support the establishment and maintenance of facility-related maintenance programs.Assist with time approval, vacation coordination,
