The Estimating Manager oversees daily operations of Estimators and ensures preparation of accurate, competitive and quantity takeoffs.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Estimators, ensuring workloads are balanced and deadlines are met; Review and approvedetailed estimates for accuracy, completeness and compliance with project requirements; Ensure consistencyand standardization of Estimating methods, templates and assumptions; Participate inhigh-value or complex estimates as needed; Maintain and improve Estimating process tools, and templates for efficiency and accuracy; Provide guidance and support to internal teams, including answering Estimator questions and resolving outstanding issues; Ensure proper documentation is up to date, version control and data when providing a bid proposal; Work closely with Business Development, Project Management,
