We're hiring a Food & Beverage Manager in Windsor! Full-time, permanent position Starting at $65k comprehensive benefits package Flexible schedule Leadership role within a dynamic, member-focused environment Responsibilities: Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, including member dining, service standards, special events, and overall guest experience Lead, coach, and develop the Front-of-House team, including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management for a large team during peak season Maintain a strong presence on the floor, building positive relationships with members and guests while addressing feedback and concerns Manage beverage operations and inventory, including menu development, purchasing, inventory control, and cost management Monitor financial and labour performance, including scheduling, labour costs, departmental reporting, revenue, and operational budgets Ensure operational compliance and a positive team culture, maintaining company policies, service standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations Requirements:



Minimum 4–5 years of Food & Beverage management experience Strong financial acumen and organizational skills Experience with event planning and execution Thorough knowledge of beverages, including wine, beer, and spirits Ability to work a adaptable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Experience in a member-focused hospitality environment considered an asset Experience with POS systems considered an asset If you're an experienced Food & Beverage Manager who enjoys leading teams, creating exceptional dining experiences, and building strong relationships with members and guests, we'd love to hear from you.
