VHA Home Health Care (VHA) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess and provide home-based OT services for adults in the Greater Toronto Area. You’ll develop interventions, coordinate with the client care team, and promote independence using evidence-based practices.

The role requires Ontario OT registration, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work autonomously with virtual care options and caseload management. Competitive compensation and advantages are offered.
