The Facility Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that all facilities maintain a community-centered and trauma-informed approach. You will oversee daily operations, financial budgets, and the clinical treatment plans. Additionally, the role involves substantial supervisory responsibilities over Coordinators, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and fostering cooperative relationships with community organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets




- Supervise and mentor facility coordinators
- Provide regular reports to the Director of Clinical Services
- Recommend policy changes for effective facility management

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in relevant field; Bachelor’s preferred
- 3-5 years management experience in a treatment setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of First Nations history and culture
- Valid First Aid/CPR and clear record checks
