Located near London and St. Thomas, Ontario, Common Ground Farm is looking for a dedicated farmer to contribute to its year-round operations. Ideal candidates are passionate about organic farming and enjoy engaging with customers at local markets. Experience in farming is a plus, but enthusiasm and commitment are key attributes we value. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in growing a variety of organic vegetables
- Engage with customers at farmer's markets
- Work on intensively managed fields and crops
- Participate in harvest, building, and storage activities
- Maintain soil health and farm sustainability Requirements:
