This role is ideal for someone who understands the pharmacy sector, has a robust network, and can efficiently source, screen, and place qualified candidates for multiple pharmacy locations.You'll play a key role in building high-performing pharmacy teams by identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth, professional recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle recruitment for Assistant Pharmacists and other pharmacy support roles across OntarioDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidatesScreen resumes, conduct interviews,
and assess candidate suitabilityBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needsCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and support the selection processManage job postings across platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and industry-specific boardsMaintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with employment standardsRepresent the company professionally and promote a positive employer brandProvide regular updates and hiring insights to managementSkills Required:Proven experience recruiting Assistant Pharmacists / Pharmacy Assistants in OntarioStrong understanding of pharmacy roles, workflow, and regulatory requirementsExcellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience with ATS systems and online recruitment toolsKnowledge of Ontario labour standards and hiring best practicesSelf-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
