You as a Pre-Construction & Pursuit Coordinator will:Coordinate the procurement of heavy civil project pursuits through the RFQ and RFP process.Coordinate with estimating, scheduling, logistics and operations teams.Write technical narratives as well as project profiles and resumes.Manage all document control for recent and ongoing projects.Complete technical reviews of the design to identify and resolve constructability concerns and conflicts.Regularly track, monitor and follow-up on documentation or issues.Review or draft RFIs and confirm accuracy prior to issuance to consultants, including the identification of optimal solutions.Organize and chair or minute meetings.Assist the Project Manager in planning for upcoming work.Is this the right role for you?You are a hard‑working, detail oriented, organized, reliable, and a proactive team player.You understand contract delivery models such as Construction Management, Design‑Build, Alliance, IPD,
