Known for our cutting-edge voting systems and outstanding customer service, we are a financially stable, growing company with a professional yet welcoming work environment.About the RoleThis position is the perfect opportunity for someone who is sociable and interested in sales, yet appreciates the comfort of managing warm inbound leads as opposed to a hard sell. You will help prospective customers understand how Simply Voting solves their problems and then close the deal. You will also manage post-sale customer relationships with a focus on success and retention. We will give you proper training to understand the industry, the general sales cycle and relationship management, and how our voting system works.Note: This is a non-commissioned position.85% work from homeLife, health,



and dental planRRSP matchingThree weeks of vacationCompetitive salary based on experience ($50,000 to $70,000)QualificationsFluency in FrenchExperience with inside sales and a drive to sellExcellent organizational and time management skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and FrenchSelf-motivated with the ability to work effectively from a home officeUniversity degree in a relevant fieldCreative mindset and eagerness to grow with the companyResponsibilitiesConduct scheduled and unscheduled discovery calls with prospective customersConduct remote demonstrations for prospective customersAnalyze election requirements and write proposals and RFP responsesConduct regular follow-ups to move the sales process along to closureFollow best practices to maximise conversion of warm leads to customersConduct annual health check meetings with high value customersFollow-up with dissatisfied customers and try to repair satisfactionFollow best practices to align the solution with customer's goal and minimize customer churnDevelop and maintain an understanding of online voting and the capabilities of our voting systemUtilize a Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to capture the customer journey and relationshipTravel and provide in-person presentations or sell at tradeshows (very infrequently)Application ProcessIf this role excites you and aligns with your career goals, we invite you to apply by submitting your CV to [email protected].
