- Own the Floor:
Maintain pristine eye-catching merchandising and display standards; ensuring TCL always stands out from the competition.**
- Bring the Energy: Conduct live compelling product demonstrations —showing off the tech so customers experience the wow factor first‑hand.**
- Be the Insider: Gather real‑time feedback and competitive insights from the retail floor to help TCL continually stay ahead of the game.**
- Partner Up for Victory: Collaborate closely with store management and associates to build a collaborative, high-energy sales environment.**
