We work with developers, private equity firms, family offices, and institutions on structured finance mandates that require precision, discretion, and execution.If you’ve personally closed transactions in project finance, private credit, SBLC monetization, or capital stack structuring, this is a role where you’ll be recognized—and rewarded for performance, not potential.What You’ll Be Responsible For:Advancing live transactions from first engagement to closing, in collaboration with our internal brokersLeading negotiations with borrowers and capital providers across multiple jurisdictionsStructuring and executing deals involving alternative capital, insurance instruments, and private placementsNavigating regulatory frameworks (including Swiss FINMA-aligned compliance) with confidenceMaintaining a high level of professionalism, transparency, and client trust throughout the processWhat You Bring:5+ years ofdirect deal-closing experience in structured finance or capital marketsAdocumented track record of closed transactions (we will ask for examples)Working knowledge of SBLCs, DLCs, asset-backed lending, and non-traditional credit structuresStrong communication skills and qualified presenceAbility to work independently and collaboratively across global time zonesA competitive mindset, paired with a team-oriented approachCompensation:We offerflexible compensation models based on your experience and preference:Option 1:
