Posting Description Director, PathWise Actuarial Implementation and AI-Enabled Process Transformation The Life Solutions division at Aon is seeking a Director to lead large-scale PathWise implementation projects. This role also supports AI-enabled process transformation initiatives for life and annuity insurers across North America. This client-facing role combines actuarial expertise, implementation leadership, and technology-enabled transformation to help insurers modernize modelling, reporting, workflow automation, AI-enabled systems, and operational workflows. The Director will work within Aon Life Solutions, part of Aon’s Reinsurance Strategy and Technology Group to translate business needs into practical implementation plans, scalable operating models, and measurable delivery outcomes. What the day will look like Implementation and Client Delivery Lead and support large-scale PathWise implementation projects for life and annuity insurers across North America. Handle key implementation workstreams, including model migration, data integration, testing, reconciliation, workflow design, documentation, training, and production deployment. Translate client business objectives and current-state processes into explicit delivery plans, target-state solutions, and implementation roadmaps. Develop and migrate actuarial models and production processes for valuation, pricing, financial reporting, capital, ALM, and risk management use cases.
