We are currently seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join our team for large-scale industrial construction projects. This position will work closely with a Project Manager and will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations from project start through completion.This role is specifically focused on industrial and manufacturing facilities — not residential construction. We are looking for someone with strong field leadership experience in factories, warehouses, processing facilities, distribution centers, or similar industrial environments. This position is a contract/dispatch role through our recruiting firm, till August 31, 2027.Manage and supervise day-to-day on-site construction activitiesCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and inspections throughout all project phasesMaintain project schedules and proactively identify and resolve field issuesEnsure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to drawings and specificationsMonitor construction quality and maintain organized project documentationLead job site safety efforts and ensure compliance with company and OSHA safety standardsConduct site meetings, maintain meeting minutes,



and communicate project updates to managementAssist with permits, submittals, RFIs, punch lists, and project close-out documentationMaintain strong working relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teamsThe ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and capable of leading field operations in rapid‑paced industrial construction environments while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.Project Superintendent Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or field management role in industrial constructionMust have a press pit construction experienceExperience working for a General Contractor on projects larger than 50,000 sq ft preferredStrong understanding of industrial construction practices, plans, and specificationsProven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain construction schedulesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project preferredAbility to travel extensively and relocate depending on project location#J-18808-Ljbffr
