This role involves civil engineering design, technical assessments and field support within a nuclear environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review civil engineering calculations, drawings and technical documentation.Conduct site walkdowns and assess existing conditions to support project planning and design.Support civil infrastructure modifications, upgrades and construction activities.Coordinate with engineering disciplines, project teams and contractors to resolve technical issues.Ensure work meets applicable codes,
standards and project requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) licence in Ontario required.Relevant civil engineering experience at an intermediate level.Active OPG / Bruce Power clearance3 - 7 years nuclear industry experience is required.Strong technical, communication and problem-solving skills.Available to work in office in Pickering five days per week and start as soon as possible.Please note, this is a real and current job vacancy.
