The 12-month contract, with an option to renew, will be focused on documentation and multi-location deployment of point-of-sale and food service systems (Vessels & Terminals) with a solid focus on OCM and Training.ResponsibilitiesLead complex requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops across multiple business units.Analyze and translate business strategy into functional and system requirements.Define solution scope, objectives, success criteria,



and business cases.Partner with technology teams to guide solution design, development, testing, and implementation.Lead quality assurance activities, including test strategy, test plans, and acceptance validation.Provide oversight for small to medium projects, including planning, scheduling, and reporting.Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement across initiatives.Support change management, implementation reviews, and transition to sustainment.Develop and deliver training and knowledge
