As a Shift Engineer, you'll be responsible for the safe, reliable, economical, and environmentally responsible operation of the boiler house during your shift. You'll operate and maintain plant equipment, oversee work taking place in the facility, and help ensure continuous energy delivery to the hospital. What you'll do You’ll take responsibility for plant operations during your shift,



including supervising staff and contractors working in the plant. You'll operate and maintain boilers, water treatment systems, computer control systems (DCS), distribution systems, and other plant equipment while monitoring steam supply and pressure to meet site requirements. You’ll complete regular equipment checks, use the plant control system to monitor and operate equipment, support routine cleaning and maintenance activities, and help ensure efficient and reliable energy delivery to the hospital. Safety will be central to everything you do. You'll follow Enwave's safety practices, policies, and procedures, ensure work is carried out safely, and approve protected work permits for maintenance personnel and outside contractors.
