They manage a diverse portfolio on behalf of private ownership groups, delivering exceptional service, operational excellence, and long‑term value.The PositionReporting to the Team Lead, the Property Manager will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of a portfolio of industrial properties located throughout the lower mainland. The portfolio consists primarily of high‑quality industrial assets.The successful candidate will work closely with tenants, ownership groups, service providers, and internal support teams to ensure the portfolio is operated efficiently and maintained to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of day‑to‑day property operations across the assigned portfolio.Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ownership groups, and service providers.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure assets are maintained to a high standard.Coordinate repairs, maintenance programs, and capital improvement projects.Prepare and manage annual operating budgets.Monitor property performance and analyze budget variances.Review and approve invoices, service contracts, and operating expenses.Work closely with accounting teams on monthly reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.Assist with lease administration, tenant requests, renewals, and occupancy matters.Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, policies, and procedures.Collaborate with Property Administrators, Operations personnel,
