This role includes the following responsibilities:Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and operational stakeholdersTranslate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional requirementsCollaborate closely with developers and UX consultants to shape end-to-end solutionsConfigure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools to support business workflowsSupport testing, validation, planning and change management activitiesMaintain traceability artifacts that support delivery governanceEnsure solutions align with enterprise standards and delivery best practicesQualifications & Experience2+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform (analysis and/or configuration)Strong experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder engagementExperience writing user stories, acceptance criteria,



and process documentationProficiency with Salesforce data models and workflow configurationExperience working in cross‑functional and diverse consulting or delivery teamsSalesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, App Builder, or Service Cloud ConsultantExperience delivering Salesforce solutions in healthcare, public sector, or human services contextsExposure to Service Cloud or Health Cloud / Home HealthExperience supporting mobile or field‑based service workflowsFamiliarity with data privacy, compliance, or regulated operating environmentsComfortable using AI with clear expectation of human reviewSecurity ClearanceAs a requirement, a Security Clearance is mandatory for all staff who’ll be engaged on these assignments.
