We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Recruitment & Sourcing Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional recruitment experience. What You’ll Do As a Sourcing & Recruitment Coordinator , you’ll play a key role in supporting our recruitment team by helping source top talent, coordinating interviews, and managing administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Actively source potential candidates using job boards, social media, and qualified networks Review resumes and conduct initial outreach to assess candidate fit and interest Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple roles Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients Assist with posting job ads and ensuring they are visible across relevant platforms Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
