Championing the G.O.L.D. Pillars (Genuine Hospitality, Outstanding Attention to Detail, Listening & Anticipating Needs, Dedication to Excellence), this role maximizes cover occupancy for specialty dining and culinary features, mentors the coordinator team on shift, and optimizes seating pacing to support Front of House service and kitchen flow.
