Photolink AppraiserWe’re looking for a Photolink Appraiser to join our growing team!ResponsibilitiesDetermine causes and origin of vehicle damage after an accident by examining the vehicle with a software application. Claims vary in complexity based on experience.Assess and approve repair estimates for adjusters by comparing the estimate to the assessment made during vehicle examination.Establish market value of vehicles based on information from adjusters, using tools outlined in the appraiser’s standards and procedures manual.Use digital automated evaluation systems to standardize repair estimates and avoid errors.Negotiate and communicate best repair practices or procedures.Ensure productivity and service quality, using the appraiser’s standards and procedures manual and relating performance to quantitative and qualitative objectives of the Claims Department.QualificationsMinimum 4 years of auto‑body repair experience, including knowledge of estimating software such as Audatex and Mitchell, or an equivalent combination of post‑secondary education and experience.Comprehensive knowledge of principles and techniques of automobile physical damage repairs and replacement.Computer‑proficient and able to navigate various systems effectively.Strong analytical skills, capable of defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts,



and drawing valid conclusions.Effective verbal and written communication skills with the capability to draft claims reports.Commitment to continuing education.Customer‑driven mindset.Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $59,300 – $72,500 per year (based on a 35‑hour work week).Annual bonus target: 7.5 % of base salary, with potential payout up to double the target based on personal and company performance.Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) – Intact matches 50 % of net shares.
