This role combines technical expertise, field support, and relationship management to ensure customers achieve optimal results using our products and systems.This successful candidate would ideally reside in NS/NB.Provide on-site and remote technical support to automotive body shops and refinish techniciansTrain customers on product application, paint systems, surface preparation, and troubleshooting techniquesDiagnose and resolve issues related to coatings performance, color matching, adhesion, and finish qualityConduct product demonstrations and hands-on training sessionsSupport sales teams by delivering technical presentations and product recommendationsAssist in recent product launches and field testingMaintain detailed reports on customer visits, issues, and resolutionsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsBuild strong relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty and retentionExpertise & Essential SkillsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive refinishing, collision repair, or paint systemsStrong understanding of automotive coatings, spray equipment, and application processesExperience with major refinish systems (e.G., waterborne,
