Restaurant General Manager - Upscale Corporate Restaurant Group We are a leading upscale restaurant group, proudly 100% Canadian-owned, with a history of steady growth and impressive annual sales. Over the last five years, we've successfully opened 2–3 new restaurants each year, each featuring scratch-made cuisine and an extensive wine and cocktail program.

You will be responsible for instilling a positive culture, developing our leadership team, and embodying our standard of hospitality, all while overseeing the operational and financial performance of the business.

Responsibilities

Oversee and assess financial operations across the restaurant, establishing clear business priorities. Guarantee exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest level of satisfaction. Manage property maintenance, upholding superior standards of cleanliness and upkeep.

Direct recruitment, training, and scheduling for all departments, in line with labor targets and operational requirements.



Spearhead initiatives to consistently achieve or surpass financial objectives and performance benchmarks.

Requirements 3 years previous experience leading a full-service restaurant or bar Passionate about developing others Passionate about food and drink and up on all the latest trends Established leadership skills Ability to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best Successful in training others to master technical skills Highly organized with great planning and administrative skills Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Ability to showcase Brand Ambassadorship Well versed in local marketing skills and event management Skilled at setting and achieving short and long-term business goals Energetic and positive Desire for continuous improvement Committed to being inclusive and embracing diversity Benefits & Perks Compensation Package 110K
