Support STEMCELL’s Corporate Affairs team as a Senior Corporate Administrative Associate. Provide critical administrative and coordination support while upholding our corporate values and culture.

This role at STEMCELL requires a professional approach to assist executives and manage departmental coordination. You will leverage your administrative skills along with your attention to detail and organization to enhance the efficiency of corporate objectives.

You will contribute to both operational activities and logistical efforts for company events while ensuring seamless coverage across the Corporate Affairs department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance to the CEO Office and Executive Team
- Coordinate key operational activities within Corporate Affairs




- Assist assigned executives with administrative tasks
- Support logistical details for company activities and events
- Provide coverage for team members across offices

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree with 2-6 years of experience
- Relevant experience in biotechnology or research facilities preferred
- Solid attention to detail and organization
- Tech-savvy with excellent record-keeping skills
- Proactive in managing tasks effectively
