The Senior Financial Analyst plays an essential role in growing talent in our business through collaboration and support within FP&A; and our business partners. This role is focused on the Retail teams, supporting all budgeting and forecasting workflows, driving financial performance, and strengthening partnerships with Retail leadership. Reporting to the Retail Finance Business Partner, the Senior Financial Analyst undertakes the following responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIESLead month‑end variance analysis for Retail, providing insights on financial performance, key drivers, and emerging opportunities and risks. Support quarterly shop forecasting and budget setting. Assist the Retail Finance business partner in meetings and elevate issues as needed. Provide ad‑hoc analysis, modelling, and presentation materials to support the retail business. Translate complex data into compelling narratives that guide strategic decision‑making. Lead monthly reforecasting and annual budgeting processes, including the ongoing improvement of forecasting models. Collaborate with the BI team to build dashboards and automate reporting systems. Streamline reporting processes for internal and external users.



Participate in project work to support ad‑hoc retail requests. Provide peer support, guidance, and development opportunities to team members. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance accuracy and efficiency of processes and deliverables. QUALIFICATIONSRequired: 5+ years of experience in FP&A; and finance, including robust accounting and P&L; management. Experience working in the retail industry. Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to influence stakeholders with transparent communication. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain high attention to detail under pressure. Leadership qualities and the capacity to mentor and coach team members. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive approach and initiative. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
