Gatorade Field Sales Representative

The Gatorade DWD business is a key commercial channel for PepsiCo Beverages Canada, designed to drive incremental growth and strengthen the Gatorade brand engagement with retails where consumers experience our brands inside of their homes.

As a Gatorade Field Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in PepsiCo Beverages Canada’s success by:

• Driving and winning new business growth through key partnerships and expanding distribution across your territory


• Building and maintain strong, profitable relationships with existing customers


• Delivering high‑quality best in class service while representing the iconic brand of Gatorade

Responsibilities

• Achieving Gatorade DWD sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals for the assigned territory by providing superior customer service


• Growing base business through effective selling and execution of monthly business priorities


• Converting local and national business accounts ensuring marketing equipment and product placement


• Effectively collaborating cross-functionally with local Field Sales team to ensure business objectives are met


• Activating local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance


• Identifying and aligning resources required to support account execution


• Preparing account and equipment profiles and service contracts


• Ensuring Merchandising standards are executed in all accounts

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of fact-based direct selling experience preferred


• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills


• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision


• Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Office


• Solid presentation skills required


• Possess a valid drivers license and own vehicle
