Over the past 30 years, our company has grown from one office with 3 employees in downtown Hamilton, to 100 employees in 5 offices across Southern Ontario.Morison Insurance is currently seeking a Personal Lines Underwriter to join our team of insurance professionals!Position ResponsibilitiesThe Personal Lines Underwriter will support our Personal Lines Client Account Managers by completing the following tasks:Upload insurance applications on various company portalsSubmitting Letter of Authorizations to companies for processingProcessing insurance policy changes on various company portalsChecking recent business/policy changes/cancellations for accuracyWork from a queue, completing activities in our Broker management systemProcessing manual renewals and invoices for non-download policiesFollow-up on Expiry Reports with company on pending renewalsCalls to company for Underwriting follow-up/questions as requiredSplit Accounts/Move Policies within our broker management systemInactivate Client Accounts in our Broker management systemHandling 'mail' activities within Epic as entered by receptionMonth End Reports; review and correct as requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryRRSP Matching PlanGroup Benefits Plan (health, dental,
