This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and enjoys leading projects from concept to completion.What will you doOversee full project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are metCoordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teamsReview drawings, specs, and scope to plan and execute work effectivelyPrepare and manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, change orders, and documentationConduct site visits to ensure safety compliance and high-quality executionForecast project needs, resolve issues quickly, and provide regular updatesLead and support site teams with explicit communication and directionManage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detailBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsWhat you need to succeed5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial is preferredPost-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is requiredStrong understanding of construction drawings, building codes,
